    Whos working out today on Christmas?

    Just wandering whos planning to workout today. I know its Christmas day and I plan on having dinner with my family this afternoon (like at 5pm) so that'll be nice, but I'm also going to workout in about 20 minutes because I missed last nights workout because of working 13 hours it was crazy, so today I'm working out biceps/triceps even though its Christmas day. Anyone else???
    Also, one question for anyone willing to answer: what can I do to get my chest, shoulders up to par with my biceps??? I know, work them out, but how to get them up to par FASTER? I know thats my problem and why I can't even bench my own bodyweight but I can barbell curl 100lbs for reps. If I can curl 100lbs/105lbs, shouldn't I be benching more then 160? Exactly. How does this look for a strength workout? Will this help me catch up?

    Chest day

    Incline bench press
    Proper warm up, 95lbs

    Set 1: 105lbs
    Set 2: 110lbs
    Set 3: 115lbs
    Set 4: 125lbs
    Set 5: 115lbs

    Flat bench w/dbs

    Set 1: 50's
    Set 2: 60's
    Set 3: maybe 70's
    Set 4: 60's
    Set 5: 50's last set

    Decline bench w/bar

    Set 1: 135lbs
    Set 2: 155lbs
    Set 3: 165lbs
    Set 4: 175lbs

    Pec flyes
    Set 1: 70lbs on machine
    Set 2: 90lbs
    Set 3: 105lbs
    Set 4: 90lbs

    is this okay for chest? I'm thinking if I do less warmups and more "heavy" sets, heavy for me that is, I'll get my chest to catch up with my bis
    As for back/legs etc I have seperate days for those as well

    I went for a "mini workout today"

    just 3 sets of bench, 3 sets of dips and 3 sets of cable flys. I didn't go heavy, just wanted to move my body.

    I got push-up blocks so I'm trying them out, and I finally managed a brief L-seat, couldn't do that with my palms flat. Time for some insane static hip flexor power! And abs!
