Hawthorne berry worked well for me. I have read Garlic does as well. Oh and lots of cardio. Not trying to be a smart ass with the cardio part. It really helped me lower it from 150+/90+ down to 130/75 or so.

typically hawthorne has quicker effects, celery takes longer to kick in... if i had to recommend on, i would go with celery though.

Hawthorn seems to work very well. I've heard some good things regarding Sesamin as well. One person told me that they had very good experiences with Glucotrim from NOW, and one other product from Hi-Tech, I forgot the name.

It is also important to keep in mind supplements that can RAISE blood pressure. Those include ephedrine in any form, ginseng, and most any prohormone or testosterone boosting supplement. Of course, at times I take all three.

Any "for real" nitric oxide based supplement should lower BP.

True, anything that is a serious vasodilator should have that effect. I know former heart patients that are using Nitrix to this effect.

^^ Was about to say the same thing, nitric oxide products. Hmmmm, alcohol depresses the vasomotor center, its a vasodilator, could lower BP as well.

Other than that, I dunno, something that could decrease sympathetic output of the brain to induce relaxation of vascular smooth muscle which will lead to increased arterial diameter, thus decreasing BP.

Looks like a decent product. RYR and poli for cholesterol. RYR may contain statins that deplete coQ10 hence the addition of ideb. Plus ideb is a great all aroound anti-ox that shouldn't have any pro-ox effect like coQ10 can.
Celery seed and Hawthorne for blood pressure. Nac and milk thistle for liver detox/rpotection. Saw and nettle for prostate Im guessing. The latter two could probably be excluded but still a solid product.
Yes, there is indeed a deeper component to it all.

NOW makes red yeast rice and coq10 in the same formula, as well as a coq10 with hawthorne berry in it, both products run under 20$ and theres no need to stack both, as they each solid products on their own.

Interesting, I found celery seed extract 3nb to actually kick in faster than hawthorne. Of course I was using hawthorne and not the extract. But I think C-12 Peptide is probably yhe best and works the fastest, typically within a week. It can also decrease bp the most IME.

Hawthorne and celery are both pretty cheap so why not stack them. Or try C-12 Peptide as it's a bit more costly.

But Coq10 can have a oxidative effect just what you don't want.

Hey buddy, I didn't mean it that way. I believe Cycle Support is a nice convenient all in one place sup. But certainly not the be all and end all.

Hope I didn't come off like that.

no my bad, im honestly looking into using your supp, and I really had no idea coq10 places oxidative stress on the body. Im currently dosing anti oxidants pretty high as it really helps me with pumps when im not on NO supps

sorry if i came off that i was kidding, i legitamtely am thanking you for letting me know that, cuz ive used coq10 for months now and should prolly take a small break from it
