    Help Mee!!

    Alright, first off I'm in my last year of high school. I've been eating 5-6 meals per day, as suggested. My main question is about lunch. Eating at school, you do not have many choices, and I wanted to know what you thought would be the best choice for me to eat. First off, I always drink a bottle of Aquafina Water. Now, I will list all of the possible foods, even though some are terrible, and let you guys pick what would be the best meal for me to eat.

    French Fries, Cheeseburger, Chicken sandwich (not roasted or grilled, but deep fried, almost identicle to the microwaveable ones), Hot Dog, Salsa Quesadilla (salsa and cheese), Pepperoni Roll, Broccoli and Cheese Roll (yuck!), Breadsticks, Nachos, Super Pretzels, Ham and Cheese Wraps, Steak Gyros (only on Wednesdays), and Tuna Wraps (only on Fridays.) I know theres not many healthy foods, and I hate bringing my own lunch, but if anybody can leave input it would be greatly appreciated. =)

    this needs to be in the nutrition section but ill help out anyway. i had the same problem in high school. My solution to the problem was i would take a protein bar to lunch with me, then i would get a small meal to eat with the protein bar. Most of the meals are not very good but if you eat it in small amounts, it won't hurt you that bad. Friday is ok because tuna is great for you. Keep drinking that water like you are already doing...it will help you from eating too much bad stuff because the water will fill your stomach up until you can get some good food. good luck
