After a leg workout, be it a rugby match, running, weights, etc. A few hours later, for days, the inside of my kneecap hurts whenever I bend my knee under force (sitting down, getting ready to jump, going downstairs, etc).
?What Is going on people??
Thanks

Probably patella maltracking syndrome.
Common at your age.
There are exercsies for the inner quads, and stretching required for quads, hamstrings, calf and ITB.
Can also be biomechanical problems with pronating feet and poor hip stability.
Your friendly local physio should be able to help out.The science is out there!
