    Best Non-Stimulant Fat Burner

I've been taking Lipo 6 for a couple weeks now, and while I have noticed some nice results the caffeine is interfering with my boxing and roadwork as it gets my heart rate up too high. I was hoping someone could recommend some fat burners that would help mobilise fat or upkeep my thyroid without doubling my heart rate. I'm 183 pounds at between 5 and 6 percent bodyfat - 7 point tested - so it doesn't have to be anything drastic, just something to help me lose a couple pounds and a percent or two body fat. Thanks for any replies.

SANS T3 I believe is stimulant free. Check the store for more info. It is supposed to increase metabolism through the thyroid.

If you are 5-6% bf, then you should bulk. Unless you cut water, you most likely won't drop any bf.

But to answer the q, IMO the best non-stimulant fat burner is SesaThin and green tea extract.

Sesathin and fish oil hands down, but like was stated that is a very low BF% I would not recommend you cutting

Thanks for your replies so far...I'm not trying to cut for aesthetic reasons, but mainly to stay within my weight class. Believe me, I'm not a huge fan of maintaining such a low bodyfat percentage. I was actually looking into fish/flax oil, but remembered reading an article saying that one should combine protein + carbs or protein + fats, but never eat all three in one meal. Most all of my meals include carbs for energy, so would it be ok to take fish oils with those meals, or would that be counterproductive?

That article was written by John Berardi and is voodoo bodybuilding bull****. While there is logic to tapering carbs later in the day, the idea of seperated carb/pro, pro/fat meals is assinine.

That was the article I was referencing. I've never been a huge Berardi fan, and his credentials don't really seem in order. It's good to see someone else debunking that theory.

we had a massive thread over on our board that pretty much put the nail(s) in the coffin on "The Berardi Nutrition Paradigm." I think his heart is in the right place, but he definitely also just kind of made **** up with the whole PC + PF thing.

Never seen the thread, but I agree. If one were to follow his "rules" I'm sure they could see results........but I doubt it would be any more significant than following any other LOGICAL wight loss plan with good diet and cardio.

Exactly, it's more just the idea of "think about what you're eating" and "don't combine high-glycemic starches with fats in the same meal (i.e. avoid calorically dense ****ty foods--Basic food-selection 101 if you ask me)."

There's no real science to it, it's just a good way of fostering self-consciousness about what you're eating when you're eating it.

While they've gotten better with writers like Eric Cressey and Lonnie Lowery who give helpful hints and help tweak diets and routines instead of trying to overhaul paradigms, tmag still has the tendency to try to reinvent the wheel, instead of offering more constructive advise.

Back to the topic at hand, I've been looking into absolved and lipoderm ultra as well. Would either of those products produce any results on the scale, or are they purely cosmetic? I assume with my leanness, I'd be better off using LU. Thanks again for the help.

Ok, weird follow up...I got the Lipoderm, but for the past two nights, I've woken up 3-4 times to go to the bathroom. I know some of the ingredients are diuretics, so is the LU the cause, and if so, will this be a problem as long as I'm on it?
