How Much Cardio is Possible When Putting On Mass?

    Whats up everybody?

I planning to learn how to spar/box. Also right now I'm lifting weights to put on some size. I want to become proficient in sparring without losing any gains I make in the gym. How much is too much without losing any size?

In order to be successful at what you're trying to do to gain mass, you must eat more calories than you burn, the only way to judge this is to keep a very detailed log of your diet and such.

ok, first of all, cardio isn't entirely catabolic (oppisite of anabolic)

if you do cardio during a bulk, just add more calories. you have a greater chance of gaining more weight, and less fat.
