He has 88 minutes to solve a murder. His own.
Just watched this yesterday & if you haven't seen it or are planning to, I definitely recommend it. I like the type of movies that don't lay it all out on the table in front of you, movies that make you engage and think are the movies I tend to watch and enjoy a lot more. This movie never bored me at any stage and had a number of twists which weren't anticipated. Al Pacino does a great job and doesn't dissapoint in his performance... never the less, if crime/drama movies are your thing... this one if for you

A man, suffering from short-term memory loss, uses notes and tattoos to hunt for the man he thinks killed his wife.
He only has memory of his life up to the time his wife was attacked and killed and cannot create any new memories. Not having any memory of the day before, he thus bases his actions on Polaroids and tattoos on his body, which serve as his memory.
This one was intense, a type of movie that makes you come out of the cinema thinking. The movie essentially begins at the end of the film and works it way to the beginning... sounds weird? trust me... watch it. Rated as my favourite movie to date.

A young man (Damon) is a reformed gambler who must return to playing big stakes poker to help a friend pay off loan sharks.
I tried out this movie after reading a few reviews and seemed to like what I was reading. It was a change from my 'thinking' genre of movies but as I am keen on poker, I was interested in this one. One thing I was afraid of was the usual poker storyline that movies generally follow... "man plays poker, man loses heaps, man quits the game, man comes back and wins...". I'll let you see what happens in this one. Basically, any movie with Ed Norton starring is exceptionally good and if you like poker, this movie doesn't dissapoint.

A marksman (Wahlberg) living in exile is coaxed back into action after learning of a plot to kill the president. Ultimately double-crossed and framed for the attempt, he goes on the run to track the real killer and find out who exactly set him up, and why.
Excellent, what more can I say.
I'm sure every review you have read on this is positive, so you don't need another
