    Trouble training your back? Get in here!

    I was thinking whether or not I should post this, when BAM, i came across a Big Cat article on Back training.

    So, I found that Big Cat and I had the same thought process, and I decided to do it.

    Do any of you guys train your back w/ your eyes closed? I have been doing it for a good amount of time now, and find it to be extremely helpful, almost priceless.

    It's so logical. Whenever one sense is taken away, the others compensate for the missing link by becoming more sensitive. In this case, the loss of Sight increases the sense of feeling. Most people complain to me that they can't "feel" their back working, and i tell them it's because they don't concentrate (or aren't as experienced) enough.

    There you go. Eyes closed during back training = BIG results.

    Anyone else try this yet? Any success??

    For compound movements I usually have my eyes shut by the end of the set anyway cause of the pain.

    Isolation though I prefer to look at the muscle being squeezed.

    i don't close my eyes unless blinking....not so good results the last time i tried that idea :/

    i've never been able to feel my back working, but obviously if i grow it up anybody can (and hell, i started off with like a 30'' chest, lol! )
