    Body recomp?

    Hi -

Does BodyFit have a body recomp program? I really need to move from fat to muscle, and possibly lose some weight. Not quite sure how that works.

It's the same method as gaining mass - just with calories just below maintenance. Perhaps you would chose a lower volume program but that may not work depending on your individual volume requirements. If you recently had a layoff to resensitise yourself to lifting then it might work.

So, I'm not sure what program to use. I don't actuallly have Body Fit yet. But will get it once I know it has the right program for my goals.

I don't know the Bodyfit programs myself so I can't comment - but something like All Pros simple beginners routine would be a reasonable place to start for a novice trying recomp. It's free in the sticky threads of the workout programs forum.
