    should i recomp or lean bulk as a skinny fat teenager

    so im a 114 lbs and 5"8 i may sound skinny but i have some decent amount of fat in my belly hips and arms


    i want to lean bulk but im really scared that i will look fat and chubby so what is your advice guys should i recomp or lean bulk

    You are just skinny, I don't even need to see a photo. If you think you are fat it must be part body dysmorphia and partly because you have very little muscle to give you shape.

    So my answer is to gain mass - but it doesn't have to be fast. Just run a modest surplus so you gain maybe 1-2lbs a month reliably. Use a routine like Fierce 5 and follow the instructions with messing with it.
