Eating minimally processed foods and plenty of fruit and veg is a good idea (although yeast is not a problem AFAIK) to control appetite and get vitamins and minerals. I would also count calories to make sure you really are in control of your intake - otherwise as you get deeper into the diet, your appetite will force you to increase your intake even if you are eating healthy foods.

Use an app like myfitnesspal to count calories but also to make sure you are getting at least 130g of protein per day. You might need to prioritise higher protein foods like meat, eggs, low fat dairy, wholegrains, beans, pulses, lentils etc.

There is a Fierce 5 dumbbell only routine - I suggest you google it.

count your calories, lift heavy, don't make cardio and ab crunches your main focus

The names of the foods and what times you eat them don't matter. Post your calories and macros. To get abs, you'll need a calorie deficit; your bodyfat percentage should generally be under 12-13%.

Eat enough protein, roughly 0.8 grams per pound of your goal bodyweight. For example, if your goal weight is 170, that would be 136g.

And as the user said above, you don't need to focus on ab exercises, since your abs will already get worked through compound exercises.
