    Workout routines with only dumbbells

    I am training at home because I don't currently have access to a gym (I have a pair of Bowflex adjustable dumbbells, a bench, and a doorframe pullup bar to be exact). Would anyone happen to know of any good workout routines/splits only using this equipment? Will these be effective in building a good physique?

    I gotchu, one I currently use: Is the "Muscle and Strength 6 day dumbell only"
    One I used: " Muscle and Strength 4 day dumbell and bodyweight."
    Make sure to include some bodyweight if you can. ( I can't post links, so just google those.
