    Mica’s Fat to Fit Journey

    Hey there! I’m new around here. I started my journey in December 2020 at 245lbs, but was very consistent. I’ve only lost 38lbs. I’m embarking on a journey to be consistent for 6 months and see where that leads me. I have an online training program and count macros. I’ll post about my journey here. I’ll always welcome support and advice.

    Hi Mica, what you said is right, "CONSISTENT" is a key tool to achieve anything irrespective of the Field you're working. Congrats, a long way to go!!!

    I’m down 1.7 pounds this week. Progress is progress. I’m really trying to stay within my macros. I blew the fats macro yesterday.

    I’m now down to 202! That’s a 43 pound loss! I’m so excited. I’m sick at the moment so I’m not in the gym. I’m concentrating on nutrition while recovering. I go on walks outside as well. We’ll see where I’m at next week.

    196 pounds!

    I’m down to 196 pounds! I have been focusing on walking due to being sick. I didn’t wanna go to the gym and spread my germs. 20-30k steps per day. I’m hoping to get back into the gym this afternoon. I want to be strong, not just skinny.
