    How should I continue?

    Hello fellow bodybuilders.

    I'm 35 and I've been lifting for 3 months.

I hated being thin so bulked during this period. I started at 64kgs and now I'm 72. I always eat enough proteins and carbs during this bulking and actually seeing good results.

But now I don't know how to continue. Getting weight got harder but I'm not sure if I should keep bulking more? (I was aiming 75 at first but now I'm not sure if that's needed)
I am also implementing a 4 day pull-push-legs program. As for the supplements I'm getting gainer at morning and nights and also whey shakes pre-workout.

Do you have any suggestions for me on my diet, routine or supplements ?
    Thanks.

I think judging results primarily by weight on the scale is going to lead you astray.

I'd go more by what you're seeing in the mirror combined with what you're lifting on the bar. 6 lbs/month for 3 months isn't great on a longer term basis unless you were severely underweight.

You don't give any details on your diet or routine for any specific feedback.

You may be adding too much fat. Post a pic of yourself
If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough
