Good pre and post creatine combo

    Hello!

I used to take MuscleTech's Neurocore and Creacore back in the day (2014).. But I see they don't make it anymore. What is a good combo to use? (not C4, this gives me bad headaches)
It has been a long time since I've worked out consistently but I am planning on getting back into it.

There’s really no benefit to taking pre & post-wo creatine, just take 5g/day at any time.

This. 5g creatine daily over time is the most efficient and effective dosage imo.

Any brand of creatine monohydrate is fine, it's cheap and proven, just go with whichever is the cheapest; just be aware it pretty much never fully dissolves but that's fine, a bit of a sandy texture is all.

Alright so thinking i'll just try these.....
PRE-WORKOUT - EVLUTION NUTRITION ENGN SHRED PRE WORKOUT
CREATINE - MUSCLETECH CELL-TECH ELITE CREATINE

I do have some questions about these though.. The pre has 35mg of Niacin , I have vitapacks that has a 20mg niacin pill... Should I avoid taking this pill on days I use my pre or is 55mg an okay dose to have in a day??

Also on the creatine I picked, the Bodybuilding directions page says to take it before a workout, will this be fine to take post workout and will it be fine taking before bed??? I am no where close to expert on these ingredients

You wasted money on the Muscletech, it's just creatine and a lot of sugar, a simple monohydrate would have been a far better choice.

    The niacin is fine.

Well haven't bought anything yet... I'm more of a two in one person and the muscletech has BCAAs as well as the creatine and some.. I'm no expert by all means though.

You don't need BCAAs assuming you eat a balanced diet. Cheap monohydrate is all you need, don't bother loading or cycling it, just 5g per day taken whenever works for you.

This. I used to like green bulge but I can’t find it anymore. It had different types of creatine with vitamins in it

Actually it’s hard to get amino acids in food now. You don’t necessarily need them but I started taking the good ones when I hurt my elbow and I swear I got jacked from them

How is it hard to get aminos from food: meat, fish, eggs, cheese, beans.... prety much all foods have amino acids in them; only if you were on a very restrictive diet would they be of much use. I also doubt aminos got you 'jacked', that isn't how they work, they aren't roids.
