Hello!
I used to take MuscleTech's Neurocore and Creacore back in the day (2014).. But I see they don't make it anymore. What is a good combo to use? (not C4, this gives me bad headaches)
It has been a long time since I've worked out consistently but I am planning on getting back into it.

Alright so thinking i'll just try these.....
PRE-WORKOUT - EVLUTION NUTRITION ENGN SHRED PRE WORKOUT
CREATINE - MUSCLETECH CELL-TECH ELITE CREATINE
I do have some questions about these though.. The pre has 35mg of Niacin , I have vitapacks that has a 20mg niacin pill... Should I avoid taking this pill on days I use my pre or is 55mg an okay dose to have in a day??
Also on the creatine I picked, the Bodybuilding directions page says to take it before a workout, will this be fine to take post workout and will it be fine taking before bed??? I am no where close to expert on these ingredients

How is it hard to get aminos from food: meat, fish, eggs, cheese, beans.... prety much all foods have amino acids in them; only if you were on a very restrictive diet would they be of much use. I also doubt aminos got you 'jacked', that isn't how they work, they aren't roids.
