    RSP Nutrition

Has any used the RSP Nutrition creatine? If so, is it a more gritty powder. I got back into taking creatine and I'm not a fan of the one I'm taking now because it's like flour consistancy.

I personally have not used RSP nutrition. What brand are you currently taking?

I was using Kre alkalyn but I wanted to switch back to creatine monohydrate. I was at store and all they had was six star nutrition.

I currently use ON Creatine Monohydrate and it's got a more gritty almost fine salt texture to it. I typically will through 5g in my post workout shake.

Rsp I have used whey isolate and eaa and were pretty good, no complaints. As for creatine try evl https://eu.shop.bodybuilding.com/pro...uid=EVL5540105
