I’m doing full bodies and will workout from home once my power rack arrives.
I will do 2 chest exercises and have the option of only 3:
Incline
Flat bench
dips
I don’t progress well once a week so doing all 3 is not an option.
What would be more beneficial:
Incline and flat bench
Incline and chest dips
?
I prefer not to drop incline.

I normally do incline + dips or hammer strength decline chest press
Or
Incline + cable cross or pec dec
Main reason is because I treat the second exercise as a deep stretch, getting all the fibers hit deep
And yeah, my upper chest lags as well, I understand the incline priority.

None of those are 'chest exercises' tho...
They hit chest, triceps and shoulders.
Just pick 2, hammer them & track numbers then swap then later... You certainly won't only run 2 push lifts forever.FMH crew - Couch.
If a post sounds like N=1 and that they have no experience coaching anyone but them selves?
Do the math. You ain't that person, their experience probably isn't going to be yours. Can still be useful for inspiration - try things, follow athlete response and track trends In your training.

One of my old routines only had two exercises for chest and 3 sets a piece, incline bench and decline fly - I liked the idea because you had something to emphasize your upper and something for lower. It made for a nice simple balance. If I wasn't using a decline fly for that, I would've used a chest dip definitely, because of how hard it pushed that lower pec. Never felt that same tension in decline, it's a very nice combo. Incline and dips will make for a very nice chest.

Incline and dips
I rarely see people do dips at my gym. It's of my fav chest exercise. Dips give u that cut line under your chest for that square aesthetic look. I neglect my chest but I do lots of dips. My chest isn't big but all that dip gave me that square look on my lower pecs rather than that round bottom look.
