    Low fodmap diet query

Have been having horriffic digestive and stomach problems for years due to (i think) halobacteria. Done just about every test and medication this is all the docter can put the ongoing issues down to. I get horriffic immediate pain from a variety of foods now so im desperate. The gastro said this diet could help the healing process.

I understand all the obvious stuff foods to avoid e.t.c. But my question relates more to serving sizes. I have some of these cant post the link but the brand is Kezs and they make a variety of lowfomap foods. , . Now both have been marked as good to eat by that Fodmap company . I am not sure how legit they are either with everything ?

So it says the modmap quantity is one serving. How does this work though i.e if I have one of every flavor in the serving range does that change things ?

Same question for sauces its 13g of tomato allowed and I think 10 for mustard can you make a burger with both and be all good ?

I normally do fasting as well so how does that impact it ?

    thanks in advance

That was a terrible explanation forgot I even posted this.

More simple if I say it like this. Assume all quest products are lowfodmap. You can have them so long as you keep it to the serving size. If I then eat a packet of peanut butter cups, a birthday cake bar and a choc chip cookie all at once but have just one of each (the reccommended lowfodmap serving size) does that change things? same brand different product types and lines.

Alternativley I make sweet potato fries. I the put on a plate the fodmap reccomended servings for Tomato sauce, Bbq sauce, Oyster sauce, mayonaise, mustard, sweet chilli sauce, sweet and sour sauce and fish sauce. I consume this all at once in one sitting. Whilst I stuck to the reccommendations I ate a great deal of very similar condiments. Do these things stack due to them being comparable ingredient wise ?

    OP has IBS.
He buys his stuff from a brand called Kezs.
    He wants to know if:
    1. they are trustworthy
    2. he asks a specific question regarding servings
    3. if fasting impacts the FODMAP diet

    For OP
    1. no idea
    2. it probably doesn't change things as long as you stick to the recommended serving, from what I understand
    3. not sure, but probably not. How long do you fast?
I like to learn from the mistakes of the people who take my advice.

Cheers yeah it just seems most sauces for example seem to have similiar ingredients from what it looks like. I'd imagine quest bars and cookies are kinda the same deal. I eat every 24 hours so 8pm every night I will have a good meal. That's why I was interested in how mixing them up would impact staying in the lowfodmap zone for lack of a better terminology.
