    Smile Are my Shoulders wrong? (Rotation,or something..)

    Hi, i have photo where i " pose " just for fun, (lats pose), but my shoulders look like are something wrong with my body, or only shoulders...

    here is photo with pose, tell me what are wrong with my shoulders, because not look normal ...

    height: 179cm, weight: 68kg.

    There's no right or wrong, but they look disproportionately larger & shrugged upwards compared to the rest of your body.

    Side note: you need to work on your traps, which will help a little in terms of visual proportions.

    thanks for info man , " upwards " that what i mean, btw is here chance get wider shoulders?? but am 24 years old, and i have very thin waist, and i want get wider chest and shoulders with my thin waist, but now i have thin shoulders and thin waist :x... maybe reason is small my body weight? (68kg)

    You look much more normal in this pic, so maybe it's just your pose in the other pic.

    You're pretty lean so yeah, if you want to put on size you'll need to put on weight. But it's really a matter of personal preference and doing it slowly if you want to stay lean.

    You won't necessarily get that much "wider" but you can certainly increase the size of your chest & shoulders onto your current frame, which will have a similar visual effect.

    Your shoulders probably take over with chest work...

    Work on scapula retraction and depression for chest work and hit you low traps and rear delts harder.

    Nothing wrong at all, just a bit shoulder dominant.
    I see it day it day out with bros in the gym work with.

    Edit - saw second picture.
    Points still stands, more upper back work for sure.

    Do the math. You ain't that person, their experience probably isn't going to be yours. Can still be useful for inspiration - try things, follow athlete response and track trends In your training.

    I don't know what you can look like, just work out, eat at a surplus to gain some weight, and see where you end up. You may need some special juice to look like those guys, you may not.

    I meant that your general frame / bone structure doesn't necessarily get wider if you work out... diff people just have diff frames. But you can add muscle onto any frame. But having goals like "I wanna look just like him" doesn't mean anything IRL.
