    Need 4 day Workout for Home Gym

    Going to start working out at home. Working 12s at the moment so only can workout 4 days a week. So I am looking for a good 4 day workout plan that will fit with the equipment I have at home.

    I have a rogue power rack/barbell, powerblock adjustable dumbbells and treadmill. Have no other attachments for the rack at the moment but will in the future.

    Any advice would be cool. Thanks in advance.

    Well what's your goal for training? Sounds like you have the basics in what you need.

    I'd recommend 531 as it requires minimal equipment and has tons of variety.

    Leaning out comes down to your nutrition. In terms of training 531 is worth checking out. How long have you been training?
