What are some standing up exercises I can do with dumbbells to build and work out the pecs? I have a pair of 25 lbs and a pair of 12 lbs. I'm specifically asking about exercises you can do standing up and/or squatting (but still on both feet). I tried asking this question on Quora, but some moron merged it with a question about dumbbell exercises generally, which is not answering the question at all.

Do some lying exercises with your lower body under a bed, table, etc if you don't have floor space. Do dips with one hand on a desk & the other on the highback of a sturdy chair.
I find it hard to believe you've been on here for 10 years and only have pairs of 12 & 25 lb dbs, and that it's working for you in any way.

Impressive post to start date ratio. Chest flys for the horizontally challenged.
Hold a pair of dumbbells with your palms facing up.
While maintaining a slight bend in your elbow, raise both of your arms in front of you as if you were hugging someone.
Control the dumbbells back to your sides to complete the repetitions.6'4" 204 lbs
Bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable unto all things.
