    Favorite bodyweight exercise?

For me it's definitely the front lever row/pullup (some call it a pullup some call it a row lol):

Great for building the upper back and for overall athleticism, great carryover to other row variations (e.g. barbell rows), unlimited progression. The "final form" of these, the full front lever row/pullup is incredibly hard.

Also a great alternative if you want to do heavy rows without taxing the lower back.

My personal best on these was the "advanced tuck" progression for 8 reps. I personally prefer doing them on rings instead of a bar. Hope to be able to do the final progression one day.

What's your favorite bodyweight exercise and why?

Love pushups and they would get my 2nd place vote! Only drawback with them is that you'll eventually have to add weight. Unless you do them on rings...

Do you normally do these with your feet free or acting as a fulcrum? I assume your "advanced tuck" was something else, however.

I would say pullups, followed closely by dips. Pullups are slightly superior in my book because there aren't many vertical pull variations, and performance with one's own bodyweight on that exercise is always a good metric to maintain proficiency with, while bodyweight dips are significantly easier and in league with more numerous alternatives, generally.

I'd say planche push up if I could actually do one.

    Feet free.

I normally did them like this for 12-15 reps

With feet supported it's an "inverted row". For some weird reason I never got into those (kept straining my abs) but with feet free they feel great.

Are you sure you are not under-eating?
Do you go to true failure?
How long do you rest between sets?
You know you should reload a box of shotgun shells between each set, right?
I assume you drink daily your Vince Gironda hormonal precursor shake, but have you tried to add 72 eggs instead of 36?
I hope you are not on those bro splits, bro! 3 times a week sofa levers is the key to progression!

If not, either non-responder or need to buy a new sofa.

Burpees. Because they suck and they're awesome for conditioning with higher reps.
