New to the thread - seeking supplement advice

I am 40 yr old male - was a Division 1 college athlete and have been training consistently since HS. I am 6'4, 200 lbs and in good shape. I train 5-6 week and still lift pretty heavy. I don't do a ton of cardio - 2X a week or so - because I've never had to to stay pretty lean and I don't like it...I eat pretty good - used to watch macros pretty serious but now have a good idea of what to eat. I don't take my diet as serious as I should to really be lean but I like good food...

I have been at this plateau for a while now and am looking for advice on supplementation that might give me a little help. I would like to drop body fat without losing much weight. It's not a main goal but wouldn't mind gaining a little if that happened.

I currently take creatine, a mulit-vitamin, and ZMK at night.

I've been reading through a bunch of threads and see alot of people going different routes - over the counter supps, hormones, TRT, etc. and I don't know much about the pros and cons of them and was hoping for some advice of a good place to start.

    Much appreciated.
