    Post The Process

    Time to get back to focusing on the process and just staying consistent.

    Starting weight ~315
    Goal weight 160-180 range

    Goals of this Log:

    Consistency and Habits. No time frame for hitting goal. Enjoy the process! Aiming for small progress over time that builds on itself.

    One post per day

    Log Weigh-ins on Mondays

    Log all Exercise
    start with daily walking, gradually increasing in length.
    Add in a strength training routine after a while-- when I am ready and log those workouts here.
    If that starts next week or 2 months from now that is OK

    Log Daily nutrition intake.
    OMAD for a late dinner. Consumed anytime after 7pm

    Aiming for roughly 1800-2200 kcals a day for weight loss. No specific macro targets, just enjoy my meals and track what I eat here.
