Hi fellows,
What are the best one or two bench presses for training? I did see the ROGUE MONSTER WESTSIDE BENCH. Is there better options available?
Thank you in advance,
SP

Training for what?
Just like a mountain bike, car, or computer - the answer is: the one you use.
If you are training for powerlifting competition, and if you can afford it, then a combo rack would be ideal.
If you can't then at least a quality bench and rack that is stable enough to hold the weight you need - none of this amazon cheap crap that will fall apart and possibly injure you. I personally have a Rogue Monster rack since I can do so many things on it including squat, bench, pullups, all my band work etc etc, but a special combo rack would be great if I had the funds and space.
I also don't like fat pads since you can't use them in comp.
If I could pick, I'd get either the Rogue combo rack https://www.roguefitness.com/rogue-combo-rack or TSS combo rack https://texasstrengthsystems.com/col...tss-combo-rackIt's never too late!
