    Question Is Zinc and Magnesium 230mg and 25mg daily for a 16 year old lifter good?

    I'm 16 years old and have been lifting for a few months, my diet consits mostly of meat and pasta, a lot of milk and also oatmeal, eggs.
    I've purchased zinc and magnesium and was wondering if it's too high of a dose (25mg) and (230mg) or if i'll be fine?

    Those are both solid doses of each. You should be good to go. I'd take them pre bed if it were me.
