    Exclamation Best fat burner

    Guys can you tell me what fat burner to buy ? Iam not new in this, just asking for your advice, training in gym almost every day, running at least 2 times a week.
    Lipo 6 black ultra concentrate Nutrex or Hydroxycut hardcore elite Muscletech or Lipodex Allstars? (if you have some other mid money range product feel free to tell)

    They all work by making you more active and curbing appetite, they don't actually burn fat. They can be dangerous especially people with heart issues.

    I second this - fat burn only occurs in a caloric deficit. Fat burners usually increase your heart rate & perhaps contain ingredients to suppress appetite but to be honest, being in a caloric deficit over time is the only way to burn fat. While this can be tough (depending on your daily macros), a few tips to suppress appetite below:

    Drink plenty of water
    Drink Caffeine
    Increase protein intake (high TEF food so calorie burn is higher than carbs/fats) & also highly satiating
    Look at your diet plan and swap out foods for substitutes with similar nutrition but less calories

    Start with caloric deficit, after that you can include caffeine, cla and l-carnitine.
