For the last few years I have been taking orange triad. I’m looking to change to something I can take once a day instead of twice a day. What would you recommend? I am 42 year old male and I workout 5-6 times a week. I’m not interested in getting jacked or super lean. Just stay in good physical condition. Thanks in advance.
