    What are the new rep rules?

    It used to be I had to spread to 20 people before repping again. Now it seems it is at least 100.

    I am able to decrease other's reputation with negs, but my reps don't do anything.

    How many points do I need to increase other's reputations?
    Novice lifter who sticks to the basics 3x per week but likes to theorize about improvements while recovering.
