    Question Help me with my health please

    Idk where it all went wrong, but everything health related is ****ed for me rn.

    I sleep between 5AM and 10AM and wake up at like 4PM

    I eat probably one meal a day and it's usually fast food

    I don't work out at all not even a walk since I drive

    19M, 130 pounds, 5'6

    I don't look horrible but I feel horrible. I'm supposed to be at my peak but I took my young indestructible body for granted for too long. I'm starting to feel the effects and I feel dead all the time.

    Please tell me what to eat, how to workout.
    I have money so I can buy food, buy a gym membership.

    You have to want it.
    There are two ways to go about this; a complete, cold turkey lifestyle change; or, just ease into it, learn a little, change a little here and there etc...
    IMO, either method is progress. If you take the slow approach, hopefully and probably, you'll get more into it down the road anyway. Go whichever way your personality lets you.

    The short of it is, you will want to change the way you eat, and start some form of resistance training. There are stickies at the tops of all the subforums with everything you need to learn.
    OR, you can join a gym, ask them who they recommend for a personal trainer, hire said trainer, and have them help you.
    Personally, I feel learning it all is far better for you long-term; knowledge is power and you'll have that knowledge of dieting, nutrition, weight training etc...forever.
    But again, either way is progress; just think progress.

    Start by eating more than once a day, and cut down on the fast food if you can.

    Is there stairs you can take in stead of lifts, escalator etc?
