    Arrow Im a fat 14 year old (69kg / 152lbs) tryna loose weight

    I do lots of exercise like having soccer and rugby 4 times a week and go the gym 3 times a week but still can’t loose weight. My diet consists of anything that isn’t unhealthy things like bad chocolate, candy, sodas. I don’t know what to do anymore

    knowing your height would be useful... are you like 6'0 or 5'4?

    as for the weight loss, we don't recommend calorie counting for teens, but the bottom line is that you're eating too much if you want to lose weight. chances are you shouldn't lose any weight at this age though unless you're very obese

    Given your weight it sounds more like you lack muscle mass rather than being fat, height would help as mentioned. Also nothing wrong with 'bad' food, just practice moderation, a cookie here and there wont kill you.
