    Sudden Headache

    Hey Guys, Last week i have unpleasant event. i was weight lifting for 1 year-ish and this thing happen for first time. Suddenly when i doing my squat PR my right head have acute headache. The headache strong enough that it kill my mood to continue my workout. I call it a day, and have plenty rest

    The next day , it happen again when i only doing some warm up pull up, the headache happen in some spot, and i decided to have two rest day

    and today after two rest day, when im doing my bench press the headache coming again and right on the same spot

    im really woried now, that some internal bleeding occurs in my brain

    does you guys know something or is it happened to one of your guys before ?Thankyou

    Note : the headache happen when im pushing hard enough to failure , any moderate intensity and daily activity doesnt trigger the headache

    That would likely be an exertion headache. If you had brain bleeding and it has been two days since it happened you would know, so you are probably ok on that point. May take a couple of weeks of lighter lifting before you can go to failure again. I would avoid failure for awhile. Focus on breathing well and do not brace too hard for the next couple of weeks.

    Yeah, i think because im holding my breath when doing squat . never holding my breath before, always do the exhale inhale .
    im gonna take deloa week , and see if everything change .
