I'm male, 19, 185 lbs and I can't get my macros or micronutrients in.
I always had a good appetite, until a few years or months ago.
I just can't eat enough, have no feeling of hunger and can only eat a decent amount of carbs.
After counting my macros and my iodine intake, I realized I had to force feed myself to get over 2000 kcals and got like 40% of the RDA for iodine in, even though I salted my food a lot.
As a weightlifter, my requirements are even higher than that.
I've had some weird symptoms in the last few years to months, and might see a doctor soon. Does anyone have ideas or experiences concerning this? I can't force feed myself constantly while taking dozens of minerals and vitamins, that would suck.
