    Lifting for years with miserable results

    Hello.
    Im a 28 years old from europe who started lifting in 2016 then in 2019 stopped and now im back to gym since 5 months.
    Currently Im 185cm which is 6ft 2inch and my body weight is 209lbs namely 95kg.

    Im doing an upper/lower 2day split.
    Well i Wanna be buffed but I hate my body i dont know if im skinny fat or just fat ‍♂️‍♂️‍♂️

    There is no difference between now and 2 years ago when i lifted almost every day and heavy ‍♂️

    I dont know if i should cut or bulk i guess cut ???

    And i dont know how to put some pics in here

    I feel like its time to start with steroids coz I will never achiebe my goal namely be buffed

    Well my routine is:
    Upper body
    Bench press 3×5-8reps
    OH-press 3×10-12 reps
    Pull ups 3-6 reps
    Rows 3x6reps

    Curls
    Dips

    Lower body:
    Squats 3x5reps
    Hip thrust 3x8 reps
    Romanian deadlift 3x6 reps
    Abs
    Something for quads and hamstrings

    Well ..... i eat everything but i try not eating too much because im gaining fat very fast

    What weights were you lifting at the beginning and what weights now?

    Im squatting 95kg and benching 75kg
    5months ago i started squatting with 80kg and benching 60kg
    Once i benched 90kg and i look now the same as i benched 90kg and swuatted 120kg lol

    I dont count my cal or proteins or whatever it makes me crazy thinking about what to eat or when to eat, how much my food has this or that..
    Planing the day before what to eat... eating disgusting bodybuilder things like oats or dry rice ..
    Nutrition makes me sick
