I’m considering following some of the 30 day programs, like the 30 day chest and this is probably a stupid question, but when following these intense workout routines, I assume those are the only weight exercises done for the 30 days, and you aren’t training other body parts during the 30 days? Just some cardio?
I’m currently on a 5 day split routine and decent suppliment routine, but want to focus on chest development. Appreciate all the help.
