    Loss of Period..is it due to exercise?

    Loss of Period..is it due to exercise?
    I wasn't exercising at all during the pandemic, and my weight dropped from 125 lbs at 5'7 to 115, yet, I still got my period.

    I went back to the gym six months ago and hired a trainer three months later. However, I didn't get my period this month or last. I now weigh 124 lbs. Do you think it's because of the intensity of our trainging? I eat very well

    I eat around 1,800 Cals a day and go for 1 hour walks when I’m not at the gym. I work with a trainer three times and a week for one hour where we’re got my arms, back, legs, etc.

    You should see a doc and get checked out, whether or not it's from exercise, as there could be potential health implications either way.

    I don't think you are training too much. You may be undereating some but if you are steadily gaining weight that shouldn't be an issue. I second the suggestion to see a doctor.
