    Losing weight

Hi. I need to lose a stone and a half. What is the best way to do that without losing muscle gain? I can easily eat healthily but I think I might lose mass without supplements. Any suggestions welcome cheers guys 👍

    xsquid99 is online now
-Slow weight loss (1-2 lbs per week)
-Make sure you are following a strength training program
-Ensure you are getting sufficient protein intake (at least 0.7g per lb of bodyweight)

Supplements aren't going to do much for you.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
