    I hurt my back doing ab rollers

    I started ab rollers 2 weeks ago. I think I hurt my back around 4 days ago. I took a 2 days off and tried the ab roller again and hurt my back once again.

    My question is, should I wait an other 2 days to recover. I'm not sure what to do. Thanks

    Avoid arching from low back, otherwise u most likely gonna use low back muscles to support your spine instead of abs.
