    Smile I need help with a gym program

    Hi guys I am 18 years old I just re joined the gym for the first time in over a year , I have Asperger's and low muscle tone so I can get injured easily therefore I can't do to much in 1 session , I want to train 4-5 days a week so if someone could come up with a basic program for me that would be great

    It sounds like you're going to start training consistently, so why not start with this novice program. Novice doesn't mean it's bad. It means the progression is faster, because as a novice, you can progress faster. Intermediate and Advanced programs are actually 'worse' for someone who is starting out, because it would mean you wouldn't progress as quickly as you would if you had followed a Novice program.

    So try running this program for as long as possible. It's very easy to follow and it will give you results. If you are consistent and follow the program as directed without adding extra exercises, you should be impressed with the progress you will make.
