    Cutting bulking cycle ?

I have been going to the gym for almost 2 months and my calorie intake was around 1000-1500

Strict cutting with only beneficial foods that are high in protein.

    I didn't think of bulking since I'm at like 17-19% bodyfat .

Should I start bulking (my BMR is 2142) or should I just eat 2000calories a day ?

    You're under-eating even for a cut.

What are your reasons for eating 1000-1500 calories if your BMR is 2142? And by BMR, do you mean TDEE or actual BMR? They are not the same thing.

OP what is your height/weight/age? Also, you should post a photo for the best advice.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

WHY the fukk would you do that?

Why not eat like 2750 calories a day and lose weight without suffering?

Suffering includes losing lean mass. If you've been doing this for 2 month, you've probably lost a lot of muscle.

I'm betting you just can't count properly so it would be less.

Not important... you'll lose muscle mass, sleep, strength....

Doesn't matter if you're not hungry.

That can all be attributed to motor learning. You went from well below average for untrained to a good starting level.

You should not be losing more than .85kg per week maximum

That means you should not eat less than ~2550 calories a day if your TDEE is 3500

Building muscle isn't 'easy' no matter what you do naturally

Don't focus on what you cannot control, just do what you can now.
