    Strugglich Eating What Calculators Say

    Who else is struggling to eat what is at the calculator? Over 3,000 calories.
    My stomach is going to explode and I feel miserable forcing myself to eat so much. I noticed that after 3 weeks I am at the same weight and I got disappointed. And don't even tell me to eat more, my liver won't thank me, it might even take revenge by turning into a fatty matter. ( and I don't even eat sugar or drink alcohol )

    I mean, before that I ate less and only when hungry, I ate with enjoyment, less meat, and I was at the same weight as today.

    So... is this not all biological in the end? The reason why some guys gain muscle/weight easier by eating less and some others stop eating just before their guts explode and still don't gain an inch?
    Should I be in pain after eating all this MASS of food for nothing?

    I believe them now when they say they eat a lot but don't gain weight... no really, I believe them.

    Peanut butter gives me white stools. So much fat at once is not really absorbed! I have no gallbladder to absorb so much fat and the fat in peanut butter is so ultra-concentrated.

    What is your weight and height?

    My guess is that it is your food choices that is the problem. If you eat more «dirty» food you shouldn’t have a problem getting into a calorie surplus.

    For instance, start to put cream in your coffee, add fatty dip sauce to your meals, eat some chocolate, potato chips etc

    Edit: Just noticed «I don’t even eat sugar». Then start doing that.

    I eat healthily. I try to eat at least 12grams of fibre with every meal. I know this fibre forms a gel in your intestine and the nutrients get blocked and you don't absorb so much energy. My breakfast alone has sometimes over 20 grams of fibre, eg Quaker with berries. that alone is 18 grams of fibre.
    But fibre is good with bowel movements.

    I think you're misunderstanding what causes diabetes.

    If you're not eating enough calories to gain weight, then you shouldn't be worried about simple carbs.

    Nobody is telling you to drink cans of coke/soda.

    What you can do, though, is eat granola, dates, banana, white rice...

    You can also make pizzas which are dense in calories as well.



    Again, if you can't even gain weight, i'm not sure why insulin resistence is on your radar.

    I need to gain muscle mass, especially in my shoulders and legs, and everywhere. What the calculators ORDER is killing me. It's too much food and I still have the same muscle as before this eating frenzy.

    You need to lose fat, which you can do while gaining muscle if you train correctly.

    I don't eat that food. I like lentils (very high in Fibre) high fibre Pasta and high fibre bread. I eat beans as well. So I stay healthy .

    well, maybe you feel 'full' because you're gassy from all that fiber....

    You need to vary your carb sources and get less from those foods.
