    Post Bulking Questions

    Hi, I am currently starting a Hypertrophy programme and I am currently being told to bulk up. The diet I have been placed on mainly consists of:

    Breakfast - Bacon Medalion / Egg / Wholemeal Bread
    Lunch - Chicken / Rice / Brocolli
    Dinner - Salmon or 5% lean Mince Meat / Potato / Veg
    Pre Gym - Preworkout Protein Smoothie Shake
    Post Gym - Protein Drink

    I am 6ft 2 and 11st 7lb.

    This may sound daft, but if I start bulking, will I begin to get belly fat (which will be visible?) before muscle definition appears? Or will muscle definition also come out of bulking before cutting?
