    Smile Bulk or Cut?

    Hello, my name is Dimitri and I’m 18 years old. I weigh 190lbs and I am 6’1 or 186cm. I was wondering wether I should bulk or cut? I haven’t gone to the gym for over 2 years because of the pandemic. I’ve recently started going to the gym and would love some advice on what to do next. Since I’m new to this forum I wasn’t able to post photos of my body type but I think I’m around 17-19% body fat but I’m really not sure. I am able to see a four pack but the bottom layer of my abs aren’t visible.

    Agreed. If you haven't been to the gym for a couple years due to COVID, you'd probably benefit the most by starting with a bulking phase. Of course, I'm assuming you want a larger muscular physique and not a lean figure, since you're asking about bulking in the first place. Have fun getting back after it!
