    Supplements, Testosterone boost and Undesired Hair Growth.

    Hi,

    I am trying to understand a possible link between certain supplements/food and undesired body hair growth.
    I have noticed hair that grew longer than i had before, plus some new hairs i didn't have.
    Longer thinning hairs happen when you start aging, but could be a reaction to a mix of supplements I took at the same time.

    I am on my late 30's and looking to be on a better shape.
    Additionally and because of a stressful life plus anxiety, my sexual life has been impacted too so i took two good quality Male supplements that boost libido and testosterone. They were mostly different in composition, so i thought they would work in synergy.

    I stopped drinking coffee and my mood and energy levels were so low that i took many things at the same time which i think was a mistake.

    Namely:
    - Maca (I bought a few kilos of Maca, and on the 1st day of starting to take it, i was feeling so tired "I took 5 big tablespoons" at once with a breakfast bowl of oats etc).
    Maca powder is a natural product, but since it interacts at a hormonal level, it could have messed up my hormones since i took too much in one single day.

    - Now - Men's Virility Power, 4 months (Sex stimulant)
    - Soria Natural - Precutes, 3 months (Sex stimulant)
    - Zinc, For 6 months straight
    - Now - Pycnogenol, 3 months
    - Now - l-Lysine
    - Now - l-Carnitine
    - Now - Arginine with Citruline
    - Garlic, sometimes up to 1 bulb daily. Sometimes 1 clove.


    Please let me know if i did some mistake and harm at a hormonal level or not?
    My idea is to cut down supplements and take just 1 at a time with the exception of l-Lysine, l-Carnitine and Arginine with Citrulline, which work better taken at the same time for synergy.


    Let me know your thoughts.
