    Hello Guys,
    so I’m 6ft, 158 Pounds and I’d say in the skinny fat term. Thus, I’m 17. Last year, i dieted basically Yolo from 190-149. But I gained some weight back. I’ve not focused that much on nutrition, which has been a fault. I‘d estimate myself at around 16-18% Bodyfat. My goal is to be at the same weight, but 10% next summer. Would you recommend me lean bulking?

    Im overall an active person and wanna take my journey to the next level. Greetings

    Get on a good program, get serious and consistent with it and eat to slowly gain weight (0.5 lbs/week) and you'll put on a good amount of muscle by spring.
