    46 year old newbie..

    Hi
    As the title suggests; I am new to bodybuilding; but have quite a bit of crossfit experience. I want a workout programme that will allow me yo do it ftom home. I have got a simple bench press set with leg extension and biceps curl add ons, as well as a couple of dumbells. I have searched the Internet but all programmes require some peice of equipment that I don't have. Anyone got link to something that might be good?
    Also, how is the best way to overcome the fact that my right arm is much stronger than my left, so when I bench press I lose form on the left side.
