    Time to cut?

    Hi.

i am 192 cm age 26, and used to weight around 92 kg, before starting to take my health serious. I started to run a lot to lose much fat as possible. In december i ended up around 82 kg, where i mostly just became skinny fat. I have cut down on run running to the minimal and now just hitting the gym. I began to bulk while hitting the gym 6 times in a week and im now back at around 92 kg, and i definitely feel stronger. From the pictures, it can be seen my stomach is back, but still improved. I am in doubt now, which direction i should go now? My thoughts have been to cut down to around 87 kg and then clean bulk back.

    Pictures:

    1) Starting point (92 kg)
    2) 82 kg
    3) Bulk back to 91-92 kg

If #2 is current you need to add muscle on a proven program and be in a small surplus. You added almost all fat with too big a surplus before
If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough

    Hi. Thanks for the reply.

My current stage is 3). I agree with you, i have added too much fat, but i definitely feel stronger and my volume is increasing rapidly, so i took that as a postive sign and kept eating. From what you say, i should cut?

You need to both bulk and cut. Which you do first is up to you, but for aesthetic purposes I would probably cut down with a slight deficit while continuing to lift as hard as you can. When you lean out, you can go up to a small surplus to slowly bulk up.

Make sure you are following a proven lifting program with progressive overload.

You just tried to add mass with too many calories. Go into a deficit for awhile with a proven training program and sufficient protein and aim for muscle maintenance. Too many guys try to add muscle at the same time and end up getting nowhere. Added strength can just be your CNS adapting to load and technique in the gym.

Lose enough fat to where you're happy at your leanness and reverse diet with a small surplus and go from there. Keep track of your waist measurement at the navel. When that measurement starts growing too much it's a sign that you're taking in too many calories. Don't go by the "add 1-2 lbs a month" narrative as that can be misleading. Incorrect training coupled with too many calories can add just fat. Use the waist measurement method of regulating fat gain\loss
If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough
