spine adjusting and cracking during leg press, is this ok?

I've noticed my spine making cracking and adjusting noises while doing the hack squat and with the leg press. It's not painful, feels soothing like being at the chiropractor. I have minimal soreness at my tailbone, and even less the next day. I used to have very bad pain in my scapula muscle from posture in my neck but I have not had any pain at all. Still wondering if this is a safe noise to hear? Sometimes just moving around while in a seated position at my desk I feel this lower spinal adjusting some. My whole back feels great it's just in the tailbone, no numbness or anything unbearable.

edit to add, it was recommended by my spine doctor to start lifting because of a slipped disc in my neck which was causing the scapula muscle pain. I do use power lifting shoes as well.
