    Groin injury/strain

Ok so around November 2019 pulled my Hamstring at the GYM (Running right leg) was bad heard pooping sounds & limping for a while took about a month off then started to go back slowly to the GYM (Jan 20) swimming & light workouts etc,

March 2020 lockdown happened (had about 4 months off) went back to the GYM (July 20) & did leg exercises & slow cardio/swimming which help my hammy get better, GYM then closed & lockdown 2 happened,

Fast forward to July 21 (Had 9 months off) right leg still felt a bit funny could walk easily but mild pains now & again but felt fine

Join a new gym & did a cardio workout with stretches before & after (Sunday) after a few hours my right leg stated to ache (groin)

Been waking to & from work mild pain but can walk easily & done a few stretches

What the best way to get my right leg stronger & groin pain to go away?

Can I do a full upper body workout 3 times a week with the machines at the GYM (Won’t be using legs yet)

What my best plan of action?
